Bookings and Lessons
- Lesson requests are subject to visible availability and teacher confirmation where required by the platform flow.
- The first lesson may be offered free where shown in the student portal or booking flow.
- Paid lessons must be completed through the approved payment process.
Cancellations and Payments
- If a lesson has been marked as paid, cancellations do not create an automatic refund unless Hablawithflow confirms otherwise.
- Stripe or another approved payment provider may be used for checkout and payment confirmation.
- You are responsible for using a valid payment method and for reviewing final charges before checkout.
Student Content and Homework
Students and teachers may upload learning materials, homework files, and lesson notes. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the website, teacher dashboards, student dashboards, or booking tools.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, interference, or account impersonation.
- Do not use the site to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Hablawithflow brand, site design, lesson materials, and original content remain the property of Hablawithflow or its licensors.
Service Availability
Hablawithflow may update, suspend, or improve parts of the site from time to time. Reasonable efforts may be made to maintain availability, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hablawithflow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or lesson tools. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
